A member asked:

My muscle biopsy report says i have mild neurogenic-type changes, striated muscle fibers with excess in fiber size variation, few angulated atrophic fibers, and scattered pyknotic nuclear clumps. does this mean i have a disease and what type is it?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Sounds abnormal and points toward a peripheral neuropathy, which can be caused by numerous disorders. Ask your physicians about the next steps.
