Muscle biopsy of my tricep says chronic denervation and reinnervation, pyknotic nuclear clumps, angular atrophic fibers. my doctor says its caused by c6 nerve compression, is this possible?

Compression damages and then can kill nerves. Looks like that may be what you have if we had more info can help.
