Yes, pneumonia remains possible as there are many other viral and bacterial species and the vaccine only protects against specific strains of pneumococcus.

If you mean you are vaccinated against Covid -19, you are unlikely to get pneumonia from a SARS CoV-2 infection, however, it does not preclude pneumonia from other viruses and bacteria.
