11 days after fna on 6mm thyroid nodule bruise gone but hard bump under fna site and stings when touched. had some tingling up my neck also ear pain. nodule was ptc and im concerned about seeding. also swollen ociptal node and shoulder pain.no fever?

I am quite surprised that you had the biopsy done for that tiny nodule and PTC was diagnosed. The seeding and its symptoms can not be that fast but metastatic lesions before the biopsy can not be ruled out. You will need further imaging tests for ruling out metastases before the definite treatment of PTC.
