Adult Neck Mass: 23 year old lady presenting with a neck mass under ear. You need a full history and careful exam by a physician that includes examination of your head, neck, oral mucosa, teeth, nasopharynx. Young adults typically present with cervical lymphadenopathy, cysts and benign masses, however, referral to an ENT specialist and Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology may sometimes need to be performed based/exam.
