Pimple like bumps that are very big swollen and tender been appearing for the past 3 months on my neck and face. they are hard, spread, and never pop or excrete anything. very frustrating they leave scars and wounds. what are these?????

Facial rashes: It is hard to say what a rash might be, sight unseen, but I would think about cystic acne or furuncles in this distribution. Time to have a proper physical exam.
