Yes, those described symptoms may occur in Covid-19 infection or any other viral illnesses. You should isolate yourself and have the test done, PCR test is preferred because Covid-19 antigen test is not reliable.

COVID-19 and Flu testing recommended. Fevers and sweating are indicative of an infection. The rash is not likely to be an allergic reaction, it may be a skin infection. Please see urgent care or your physician. Treat fever, rest and stay well hydrated. Watch for signs of shortness of breath.
