Ever since i ate ive been feeling extremely nauseous and like my throat is tight making it hard to breathe. i have a hernia/esophagitis but doesnt act up like this. its coming in waves every 5 mins. i dont know whats caused it and what to do?

The symptoms are suggestive of GERD and possible aspiration. If you are short of breath, please see urgent care or the Emergency room. Other causes include a cardiac condition. Please follow up. Watch for signs of respiratory distress.
