EGFR is estimated glomerular filtration rate. It is not really measured in the blood, it is just an estimation of the kidney function based on a formula. Each formula has pros and cons, some estimations are more accurate than others depending on different factors. In this case the formula estimates the GFR is above 60, which is considered normal.
