Low urea is either due to low protein intake or vigorous hydration, nothing to concern, unless you also have low blood sodium (Na), in that case you have to lower free water intake. I would assume you have a quite low serum creatinine too and that's why your eGFR is above normal range. High eGFR is only important in people with early phase of diabetic mellitus which is called hyperfiltration phase
