Labs: recheck your kidneys in a few weeks and make sure you are well hydrated when you have blood drawn. If still abnormal, review meds including OTCs.

Kidney disease: What you are describing is stage 3 Kidney disease, but the labs should be repeated along with urine protein level. If you have high blood pressure, it needs to be controlled. There is treatment to prevent or delay worsening, so talk to your doctor!
