I have had left axis deviation all my life. now too last ecg show incomplete right block or left fascicular block. are they related? are they related to lefrt axis deviation. what can cause them? other symptoms tiredness and blood pressure 160/110?

It is important to control your BP and to keep a daily log at least twice daily. Reduce salt intake, have a renal panel and urinalysis test with an evaluation by your physician soon. Your fatigue may be related to cardiac conditions and an ECHO may be indicated. Please follow up with a physician soon. Watch for dizziness, chest pain and imbalance.

I agree with DR.D's advice about getting your BP under control. Unlike complete RBBB, incomplete RBBB doesn't lead to arrhythmias but if you advance to complete RBBB which is combined with LAD, you'll be prone to arrhythmias including heart block. . For this reason i recommend being followed by a cardiologist who will also treat your hypertension appropriately.
