It is important to control your BP and to keep a daily log at least twice daily. Reduce salt intake, have a renal panel and urinalysis test with an evaluation by your physician soon. Your fatigue may be related to cardiac conditions and an ECHO may be indicated. Please follow up with a physician soon. Watch for dizziness, chest pain and imbalance.

I agree with DR.D's advice about getting your BP under control. Unlike complete RBBB, incomplete RBBB doesn't lead to arrhythmias but if you advance to complete RBBB which is combined with LAD, you'll be prone to arrhythmias including heart block. . For this reason i recommend being followed by a cardiologist who will also treat your hypertension appropriately.
