See Dr: Syncope x anything is not common or usual, so if your BP is on low side and you "fall out, " then need evaluated by dr asap to see what is going on.

For ever, i've been able to feel my pulse very strongly in my hands, feet, stomach, etc. I can always feel it without trying. Ekg, holter, etc normal.
Do I have excess adrenaline? Feet and hands easily cold, even with little activity, heart races, strong bounding pulse all the time. Ekg ok. Labs ok.
Pulse/Heart beat can be felt in feet, hands,normal echo, ecg, no ishaemia in tmt, no issues in general its just i started observing it, bp is normal.
After shower, pulse goes up to 100-115bpm, & i feel dizzy, tired. My head feels heavy (sinus pressure) - CBC all normal, ekg, no fever or other issues. Very dry in house, history of panic attacks.
