If your wisdom is not fully erupted, a white area is normal if you bite on your gum in that area. This is called a KERATOSIS from trauma. Also a white lesion called a LEUKOPLAKIA could be present which is precancerous. See your dentist for an exam to see if tooth should be extracted or for a biopsy.
