This needs a ck: Take her to the dentist .Someone needs to have a look see. It may be just an irritation from a new wisdom tooth causing this local irritation.Best to get it checked and have someone fix it.

Cheek biting: The white spot is almost certainly from the cheek biting......The lining of the cheek is called the mucosa and it responds to chronic irritation like a cheek bite by trying to thicken..... So the white is thickening mucosa. Plenty of very warm water with a pinch of salt rinses should help but see the dentist for sure!
