Felt a gurgling feeling in my heart. i am a very anxious person and ive been stressed. felt this sensation before usually only a second & causes me to instinctively cough. this time it lasted longer, still seconds though. possible remedies?

Relaxed, take a deep breath hold by your nose hold it for a second or two then slowly exhale through your mouth and repeat the cycle when you have that feeling. Deep breathing technique is an effective method to fight off anxious feeling.
