No, normal alcohol consumption will not affect a stool H Pylori antigen test. Alcohol is absorbed and digested into the body, where it is broken down by the liver and excreted in harmless form. The stool antigen test measures how much H pylori is in your stomach/intestines. It would take large quantities of high concentration alcohol to change the level of H pylori in your system.
