Some thing else: Pain returning after h.Pylori eradication and ulcer healing could be due to reinfection with h.Pylori, recurrence of ulcer unrelated to h.Pylori, non-ulcer dyspepsia, or pain arising from gallbladder or pancreas.

EGD and biospy showed no signs of H pylori. I had stool test a few months ago for H pylori and that was negative.Last month I did the GI MAP stool test and it showed H pylori at 1.2e2 with ref range at less than 1.0e3.Negative virulence factors.Issue?
