I would not eat caffeine, whatever that means. I do not see any negative outcome to drinking a caffeinated beverage after waking up.

Coffee in the morning is used by millions of people across the globe, and has never been shown to have "bad" effects. I too am confused by what you mean by "eat or drink caffeine"?

No harm in taking caffeine on waking up. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
