Doubtful : Assuming you have no liver problems, caffeine after exercise in moderate amounts should be fine. I would not recommend over 150 mg. Caffeine is thought by many to be a diuretic and after exercise, rehydration is important. Thus, I would recommend the addition of noncaffeinated beverages after exercise.
