Would 44 neutrophils, 45 lymphs, 16 rdw and 89 alt have any clinical significance?

Lab tests are not answers, they are diagnostic tools, and must be interpreted in the light of your other diagnostic findings. Discuss your lab results with the physician that ordered them as to how they apply to you specifically..

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Why were the tests done. If you drink alcohol, stop entirely. More information is needed to provide a better opinion. Wish you good health!

They might have clinical significance once placed in proper clinical context. Try to post including your symptoms or circumstances in which you had blood work done, your best reference remains your ordering doc who might be able to clarify.
