Ct/egd/c-scope reports neg for ibd but mention "several loops of unopacified bowel", antral erosions & prominent lymph aggregates. alt diagnosis for wt loss, gi bleeds, fevers, severe ab pain, fatigue?

Need more information: As far as the unopacified loops of small bowel this is often mentioned on ct scans because unopacified small bowel can appear thick walled due to non-distention. The radiologist is just saying one cannot be specific about the unopacified small bowel. As far as the lymph node aggregates these would point to infection, inflammation or lymphoma. Depending on their size and location you might discuss the option of biopsy or pet ct.

Need diagnosis: Egd wasn't negative as you have antral erosions. Unopacified bowelon ct is a non specific finding. What did biospy show? Consider infectious disease evaluation. Need further GI evaluation with pill cam or enteroscopy.
