Had labs done. wbc 3.4 (low), rdw 15.2 (h) plat 137 (l), poly 46% (l), neutrophil abs 1.6 (l) lymph 44% (h) should i request leukemia screening?

No: First have labs repeated at least 4 weeks from the original ones with MANUAL differential. Make an appointment with your physician for a history and physical exam, and to discuss results of both tests. If still abnormal, ask your doctor to order a flow cytometry rest of your blood.
