The risk of catching HIV from what you described is very low. Six weeks after the incident, you may take a 4th gen HIV test. If the result is negative that should reassure you.

A variety of microorganisms can be transmitted through cigarettes or shared drinks, but not HIV. Check cdc.gov for clarifying ways of HIV transmission.
