I assume you used condom so you are not worried about HIV infection during sexual intercourse. Your described act is considered oral sex which is rarely the source of HIV transmission. Take care.

Little or no risk. Blood is no more infectious for HIV and other STDs than vaginal fluid is. And the chance she has HIV is almost zero anyway. Don't worry about it -- but get tested for HIV if you remain nervous.
