How is it possible that i am still losing weight after no cardio for a week? calories consumed should not exceed calories burned, but somehow i'm still losing weight after no weight lifting or cardio for a week. what can i attribute it to?

1. You were retaining/eating too much salt and you lowered your intake. 2. Most likely you are not eating enough calories to keep weight constant. Get the app Cronometer and see. 3. Your thyroid is overactive and your are burning more than you eat. Discuss with your local Dr.
