Dr. Hiep Le answered

Specializes in Nephrology and Dialysis

Seroquel, sertraline and trazodone all together for a 71 year-old patient is a heavy regimen. What condition are you treated for? Melatonin is just a supplement, not a true medication.

Like Dr. Le cogently asks, why are you being treated with this "witches brew"? I would highly urge you find an experienced psychiatrist, who can provide a valid second opinion. If you have a sleep disorder, the listed medications plus melatonin are likely to severely disrupt your natural patterns. Get all of this clarified.
