Ive been diagnosed with an enlarged prostate. Recently Ive had this burning sensation in my pelvic area periodically. No other symptoms. Clinic did urine sample test for gonorrhea chlamydia, UTi and trichomoniasis, all negative. Any idea of cause?

Via Telemedicine I prescribed ciprofloxacin 500MG twice a day for 7 days for a UTI. I also took a test for chlamydia and gonorrhea after already starting the ciprofloxacin which came back negative. Would the test be skewed by the ciprofloxacin?
