Most likely but best to ask this of someone who knows you and your medical issues. We do not.

Recommended doses for citalopram for individuals over 60 of age are up to 20 mg daily, while in other individuals daily doses may go up to 40 mg. The main risk is cardiac and it is likely that you will tolerate an isolated 30 mg dose. Best would be to let your prescriber know who can adjust doses accordingly and in the context of your known medical conditions. Grief and fatigue are likely.
