How do i taper myself off of 20mgs of citalopram? i've been on it for almost two years now.

By visiting your: prescribing physician, first. Celexa is not one of my favorite meds just because of this, so don't do anything before a medical/psychiatric consultation. Then consider tapering off VERY slowly, while possibly substituting another medication, again with supervision. Coming of Celexa, Paxil, Effexor and a few others too fast will potentially produce many unpleasant effects.
