MD can explain: An md might prescribe Celexa (citalopram) and adipex togther, especially if the benefits stand a cgood chance of outweighing the risks--these being an increase of adipex side-effects, such as agitation and rarely, more serious, new side effects. He/she can explain the rationale, and frequency of increased side effects, and what to look out for.
