I take hiprex to treat uti but went off of it to take bactrim to treat a sinus infection. mr dr told me not to take hiprex with bactrim, but didnt tell me how soon after my last dose of bactrim i should resume the hiprex. any help appreciated?

I'm uncertain as to how long after stopping bactrim you can resume hiprex safely. For this type of question I'd ask your pharmacist who will be more likely to have that information or be able to research it.
