last week had sore throat, fever(100), cough, this week sore throat goes away then comes back in middle of the day and at night?(cant swallow)

Possible acid reflux: May causes of sore throat & cough that come and go. Can be associated with difficulty swallowing. You don't have to have heart burn. Other symptoms include a hoarse or scratchy voice, bad breath, burping. Diet might contain acidy food, too. You could also have an infectious problem/lingering virus or untreated strep infection. Would see a doctor if persists for more in depth evaluation.
