Hello. : Hello. You may have a viral infection. They are usually treated symptomatically. Consider hydrating really well with water (at least 8 8 ounce glasses per day). Gargle with warm salt water at least several times a day. A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory can hlep with fever and aches. In terms of upset stomach, consider drinking(sipping) slightly flattened ginger ale or nibbling on small pieces of crystalized giner. You can also make ginger tea by steeping freshly sliced organic ginger in boiling water for at least 5 minutes. If you have a temp of 100 or higher or symptoms last a week or more, recommend seeking medical attention.
