Viral or strep?: It is quite possible that you have a viral upper respiratory infection given the fever, headache, pain with moving your eyes, sore throat and cough. You could also have a "strep" throat and a have rapid test at a physician's office t (although it is not 100% sensitive). These two are sometimes hard to differentiate.
Consider seeing a physician, especially if you feel that you are getting worse.
