Beginnings of virus: You may have the beginnings of an infection (possibly viral). The sore throat and stiff neck are things i always recommend be evaluated by physicians since you never know what exactly is up and what testing you may need. Take your temperature with a thermometer to document how much (if any) of a fever you have, start drinking plenty of fluids. Make sure your nutritional status is good ; get seen.
