Can upping a dose for anxiety medication cause anxiety till the the body is use to the bigger dose? i switched from 10mg buspirone once a day to 20mg and its been 3 days now and my anxiety is getting better but its been bad since the dose was upped?

Your question is not clear. Dose of medication is increased when symptoms are not under control. Because anxiety is the underlying problem, you are probably anxious more when you know the dose needs to be increased. However, if the new dose is effective, you will eventually be fine.

Your symptoms increasing are probably not related to an increase in dose but probably due to you increasing your tension thus increasing your anxiety. Good Luck

I went on buspar (buspirone) yesterday. Since then my anxiety has been bad and I constantly feel detached from my body making it hard to drive.. Do these go away.
