I had a ct don't for mild upper abdominal pain. i was told i had mild mesenteric adenitis. my doctor sent me the report but never called about it. could it be serious, says they're mild?

No, mesenteric adenitis is not a serious condition, usually caused by a viral infection. They are almost the same as the reactive lymph nodes on your neck or behind your ears when you have a viral upper respiratory infection.
