A member asked:

Would mesenteric adenitis cause upper abdomen pain and lower back pain?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It may: What makes you ask this question? Mesenteric lymph nodes do not get inflamed on their own. There is usually some disorder like intestinal disease, TB, systemic viral infection that causes mesenteric adenitis. It would be prudent to see a doctor.
