My ear has been hurting me for a few days. i had it checked and there is no infection but probably fluid in the ear. i want to know how i can get rid of it. i was told sudafed but it didn't really help. what else can i do about it?

Try a warm saline nasal wash. Apply slight pressure by tapping on the opposite nostril from the one you are infusing the liquid into to produce positive pressure and slight popping in the ear. This may allow for the fluid to run out and relieve some of the pressure.
