Blocked eustachian: Probably still have fluid in middle ear and blocked Eustachian tube. Ask doctor about using Clear.ease™ lozenges. These are papain/bromelain that are anti inflammatory to reduce the middle ear inflammation and get the eustachian tube open.

Exam : I would get a repeat exam cracking with swallowing may indicate Eustachian tube dysfunction and you may need to take a course of Augmentin and ciprodex for the external ear canal if not treated. Full exam and if any hearing loss ENT and Audiology consultations

Yes it is helping : Looks like your symptoms are resolving ,I will not take any more sudafed ,if you cont to feel worse I will see a Phyisian and start myself on antibiotics
