Several doses of sudafed to drain ears post infection, started having so much crackling and much less pressure. isthis a sign it's finally draining? some wetness in ear but not draining out. to push on outside of ear or valsalva is squelchy.

Blocked eustachian: Probably still have fluid in middle ear and blocked Eustachian tube. Ask doctor about using Clear.ease™ lozenges. These are papain/bromelain that are anti inflammatory to reduce the middle ear inflammation and get the eustachian tube open.

Exam : I would get a repeat exam cracking with swallowing may indicate Eustachian tube dysfunction and you may need to take a course of Augmentin and ciprodex for the external ear canal if not treated. Full exam and if any hearing loss ENT and Audiology consultations

Congestion : You probably need to continue the Sudafed for a few days but you sound as if you are beginning to improve. Good Luck
