Can i fly from co to fl with an ear infection thats been blocked for over a week? im on antibiotic for ear and pneumonia. pneumonia has cleared but ear wont release congestion. im starting afrin and sudafed pe today. i hope to fly home saturday?

I would fly if you need to. You can retain fluid in this site for weeks after the germs are killed off. The presence of fluid in the middle ear space should not bother you at all, or place you at risk.

Monitor temperature and breathing, have a Flu and COVID-19 screening test prior to flying. If you are I'll, cough and runny nose, it is best to postpone travel.
