Few ideas: The Azithromycin will likely help. For now try Ibuprofen 600-800mg every 6 hours, a humidifier in your bedroom and give it some time.

Nasal spray: You could get an additional medicine, a steroid based nasal spray to help open up the congestion. Alternatively, for no more than one day, you could use a nasal decongestant spray, which can help open up the ears as well. It may take 7-10 days for the infection to fully clear.

Be patient: The antibiotic will kill the germ in days, but it may take a few weeks for the mucus that decreases your hearing to leave that space & hearing improve.
