How long do the effects of ear infection last, i.e. nauseaous, dizzy, ? dr. gave me antibiotic and sudafed. will dramamine (dimenhydrinate) help?

Recheck: Antibiotics are not always effective, so if you are nauseated or dizzy for more than 48 hours after starting the meds, return to prescriber.

Possibly: If your ear infection is resulting in vertigo and nausea, then dramamine (dimenhydrinate) may offer some relief until the antibiotic and sudafed start helping.
