Had a colonoscopy in july 2021. was bleeding thru the vagina and rectum. everyday i'm in constant pain in the abdomen. now have chest pains. diag tests not showing the prob. after the proc have ibs.can a tear or gas be causing this unbearable pain?

Yes, I would be concerned about a perforation after the colonoscopy in view of persistent abdominal pain and the chest pain which can be caused by free air under the diaphragm. Consult an abdominal surgeon ASAP for evaluation & appropriate testing.
