No. Clots have a different density and would often be undetectable by x-ray.

A calcified nodule usually represents a healed lesion. A common cause is healed primary tuberculosis. Healed fungal lesions can have a similar appearance. In any case the calcified nodule is not a health concern. Wish you good health!
