Need more info to give better answer. The chances are not zero. Have you been a smoker? Did you grow up in a smoking household. Have you been a spelunker (histoplasmosis), worked around asbestosis. Discuss with your Drs esp those that have looked at the biopsy.

The nodule that was removed can not turn cancerous. The results do not exclude cancer in other areas.
