Ct scan of chest may 2022 showed scattered multiple part solid nodules, non-calcified, each 6mm, smoker 42 years. repeat ct scheduled for 1 nov 2022. occasional cough, chills, night sweats, fatigued. just worried, my fault, just hard to quit?

6 mm pulmonary nodules are non specific. I would like to know if you had a previous CT that would establish if they’ve been there for some time. They are too small to be imaged with an MRI. A repeat study in 6 months is an excellent and appropriate follow up. The fact that you have a smoking history makes it that much more important for follow up.
