A member asked:

I have a small (0.5 cm in length) oval like skin lesion that i am worried about on my forearm. it is slightly raised than the rest of the skin and is a little darker with a textured feel. i have had it for maybe a year or more with no change?

Probably seborrhoec keratosis and of no consequence. If your still worried a removal under local a aesthetic and diagnosis can be done. Good Luck

What you described suggests seborrheic keratosis, a benign lesion. You may watch and wait. If the lesion doubles in size, becomes irregular in size, shape or color, bleeds, ulcerates or develops a nodule, see a doctor. Wish you good health!
