Hard to know: A picture is worth a thousand words...On a younger person, it is less likely to be something serious, but if it is enlarging, and hasn't been there for a long time, it could represent a skin cancer. I would get it checked out, you may just need someone to look at it. If it is concerning for a skin cancer, your doctor will recommend a biopsy.

Lesion on nose: Its hard to tell without photos but it could be a wart or a small non pigmented mole.
